Founder & Strategic Consultant
Krista Stillwell

I built Stillwell+Co because I saw the same pattern everywhere: smart, hardworking business owners who were overwhelmed—not because they lacked passion or effort, but because they lacked clarity.

Marketing felt heavy, messaging felt scattered, and decisions toward growth felt like a chore instead of an opportunity.

Most advice available to them didn’t fit the realities of running a business in a rural community, nonprofit environment, or resource-strapped team.

As a strategic consultant, agency owner, farmer’s wife, and appointed local official, I understand how communication, clarity, and operational reality intersect. I’ve spent more than a decade helping organizations, from small businesses to multimillion-dollar enterprises, refine their message, strengthen their systems, and grow with purpose.

My work is grounded in what actually works in the real world:
